What to include
- For a prompt or guide: its page URL, the step you tried and the part that was unclear.
- For a website problem: your browser, device type and any error message.
- For the Android app: the installed app version, phone model and the screen where the issue occurred.
A short description is usually enough. Please leave out passwords, access keys, private client files and other people's personal information.
Content and rights concerns
For an inaccurate claim or a concern about an image, video or passage, identify the exact page and the material in question. Include a source or enough context to explain the concern. You do not need to click an advertisement to report an ad problem.
