Create an original anime-inspired character design sheet for [CHARACTER DESCRIPTION]. Show a clearly separated front view and side view at matching scale on a plain background. Keep hairstyle, clothing, colors and accessories consistent. Use clean linework, readable cel shading and [PALETTE]. Include small neutral, happy and angry expression studies only if space permits. Label views separately in the layout if possible. Use descriptive visual traits rather than copying a named character. Select format controls in the tool as available.

Define the details that must stay consistent

Start with a short character description: age range, role, silhouette, hairstyle and one memorable accessory. Too many costume details make inconsistencies harder to spot across views.

Example: a traveling mapmaker

Use “Young adult mapmaker with short dark hair, a moss-green jacket, cream trousers, brown boots and a small square satchel worn on the right hip.” Ask for front and side views before adding expression portraits. Give the satchel strap a clear route across the body.

Check the jacket length, boot shape and number of pockets in both views. If the satchel changes sides, request that correction specifically. A sheet is useful only when it describes the same character throughout.

Refine one stage at a time

Choose a satisfactory full-body design first, then develop the alternate view with that reference if your tool supports it. Earlier model flags are not needed in a plain-language brief and may be rejected by another interface. This is an illustration reference, not an animation-ready rig or a guarantee of perfect turnaround geometry.
