Keep one feature sharp
Red lighting is the main effect. Choose whether the near eye, cheek or earring should be the sharpest feature. Ask for blur around the background or hair rather than across the whole face. A dark plain backdrop gives the red edge light room to show.
Solve one lighting problem
If the face becomes a flat red shape, reduce the light intensity or add a soft neutral fill on the shadow side. If jewellery overwhelms the portrait, simplify it. Choose one of the two prompt angles for the first attempt; combining both can make the pose unclear.
Turn it into a short clip
Add a restrained push-in or a small light change while keeping the subject still. Check that earrings do not melt into hair and that skin detail survives the export.
