Help me outline a business plan for [BUSINESS TYPE] serving [CUSTOMERS] in [LOCATION]. My verified information is [FACTS, COSTS AND SOURCES]. Cover the customer problem, offer, alternatives, sales channels, operations, costs, risks and next research steps. Separate supplied facts from assumptions. Build a simple revenue and break-even scenario with visible formulas. Do not invent market size, industry benchmarks, qualifications or financial results. Mark missing figures as unknown. Ask the most important unanswered questions before extending projections.

Start with a small, specific business

This prompt organizes a planning draft. It cannot establish demand or verify a market from a business name alone. Give it the location, customer, offer and costs you actually know before asking for projections.

Worked planning brief

Try a fictional weekday lunch service for one office building: 40 meals per day, 20 selling days, a price of ₹120, variable cost of ₹70 per meal and monthly fixed costs of ₹25,000. At those assumptions, revenue is ₹96,000 and contribution before fixed costs is ₹40,000. The remaining ₹15,000 is not take-home profit; taxes, owner pay and omitted expenses still need consideration.

Ask which assumptions would change if only 20 meals sold each day. Label this exercise as a scenario, not a forecast.

Review the draft

Check that costs use the same period, equipment purchases are separate from recurring expenses and every market claim has a source. If the answer invents competitor prices, replace that section with a research checklist. Use customer conversations and actual quotations to improve the next version.
